Welcome to Madaline Jane. I strive to create special one of a kind outfits for you and your children. I have a large selection of cotton fabrics that I will use to create your perfect garment.

All items are created with great attention to detail. Seams are all professionally finished. All fabric is pre-washed to avoid shrinkage.

All items created in smoke free home. Everything is made to be worn, whether at play or a special occasion. Unless otherwise stated, everything can be machine washed and dried. I also offer personalization through embroidery and appliqué.

Payment

All purchased items must be paid for within 24 hours, orders still outstanding will be restocked after this time. I accept PayPal, Money Orders, or Revolutionary Money Exchange (RME). If you wish to pay using RME or with a Money Order, please contact me immediately after purchasing.

If an oversell should occur, I will decide on a case-by-case basis if I can recreate the item or if I will refund. This decision will be based on my time and materials.

All gift certificates sales will be final.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Only unwashed, unused merchandise will be accepted. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is for a defect. I cannot accept returns on undergarments, such as underwear, boxer briefs, and panties. In addition, I also cannot accept returns on custom items.

Please contact me before purchase with any concerns or questions you might have.

Errors in listings will be dealt with in the following ways. If the error is a pricing error (ie where the item was listed for far below the value), I will expect the customer to accept that we all are human and capable of mistakes, therefore paying the correct price for the item. Second, if the error is a sizing (ie listed item is a 2T, but really measures a 12mo) error I will remake the item, if possible, or refund the purchase price. All other errors will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

I reserve the right to blacklist customers as I see fit. I also reserve the right to cancel sales as I see fit.

Shipping

All items will be shipped USPS, unless noted. I highly recommend customers purchase insurance. I cannot be held responsible for packages after dropped off at the post office.

All in stock items will be mailed out within three (3) days of purchase. All custom items will be created and mailed within two to three weeks of receipt of payment and confirmation of measurements and/or size, unless specified in the product listing.
