Greetings from Designs By Krissy! Thanks for browsing my site. If you are interested in making a purchase please note that I only accept payment from Paypal accounts.

I guarantee all purchases for up to two months after purchase for breakage or repair. The buyer pays the postage to ship the damage item back to Designs By Krissy. If you are unhappy with your purchase please send an email to krissy [!at] designsbykrissy.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Only after you contact me will you send the item back for a refund or replacement. Please do not ship the item back before contacting Designs By Krissy via email.

Paypal is the only form of payment accepted by Designs By Krissy

Shipping

All packages will be shipped first class, as this cost is built into the shipping fee. If you would like to request a different form of shipping, the additional expense will be the responsibility of the purchaser. First class shipping is 3-5 day delivery and is not guaranteed by the Postal Service. Canadian First Class shipping is three weeks or more depending on the customs in your country.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your purchase is guaranteed up to two months after purchase for breakage or repairs. Please contact Designs By Krissy before shipping your purchase back. Buyers are responsible for shipping expenses at this time. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will refund or replace your order. Please contact Designs By Krissy within 7 days of receiving the product.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Designs by Krissy is happy to offer custom designs upon request. Most commonly I work on bridal party designs. Upon commission of a custom order 50% of the cost is required. The remainder will be expected upon completion of the order.
