Welcome to the shop policies for Epoxy Upon You! On this page I will be detailing my payment policies, shipping methods and any other important information you should know!

Payment

I only accept payments through PayPal. It's safer for everyone involved that way. Payments are expected immediately after purchase. I will wait three (3) days for payment (unless you contact me and we reach an agreement immediately after checking out on Etsy) before canceling the order for nonpayment. Appropriate feedback will be left for good and bad buyers ASAP.

Shipping

All items ship after payment clears. Your order will ship out either that same day (if it's placed and paid for before the post office closes!) or the next business day.

All orders will ship out wrapped up and protected to insure that it's just as pretty when it gets to you!

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final in my shop but if there is a mess up on my end I will happily do an exchange.
