We at HEMP and MORE want every customer to be utterly satisfied with their purchase, and for all recipients of our goods to feel that they improve the quality of their lives, and that they use the item(s) for many years to come.

Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards through PayPal.com, and that the usual turnaround time for purchase is 72 hours (3 days). We also accept RME (Revolution Money Exchange), a service like PayPal, but it is FREE (and faster!) If other arrangements are necessary, please contact us. Montana does not charge sales tax, so none will apply. Cancellation of an unfulfilled order is acceptable, but once the item is shipped, it may not be cancelled. We are willing to work with you as long as it is reasonable for both parties.

Shipping

We ship Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation via the US Post Office to USA (including APO and FPO addresses), Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. We are attempting to expand our international shipping. Visit www.usps.com for more info.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because of the custom nature of our work, refunds are greatly discouraged. Exchanges are totally acceptable, even for custom orders, providing the item shows no wear or damage and is resellable. Shipping for this process can be arranged ahead of time, just ask!
