Welcome to Eternal Stardust Jewelry. My name is Charity Lynn. I'm a 33 year old customer service representative by day, and a jewelry designer by evening. I take my ideas from the various beads I see in the stores. I'm constantly saying "ooh, that would be cute like ___." I wear jewelry, but not often, and so I decided that I would sell some of my creations.

Payment

I accept PayPal & money orders. I expect payment within seven (7) days of purchase. If you need a day or two extra, you may contact me and I will most likely be agreeable to it. However, just sending the payment to me after seven days will result in your money being refunded to you.

If, for some reason, you need to cancel your order, please let me know promptly so I can get the item relisted. Thank you.

Shipping

I ship via US Postal Mail. Insurance is included in the price of shipping. I will email you when I ship your item(s) with the tracking number so that you may keep track of the item(s) you have purchased.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds/exchanges are available for the first thirty (30) days after purchase.

All items are eligible for refund/exchange.

If your item arrives to you damaged, please email me immediately and I will exchange the item for you. You may choose to exchange for a different item of equal value, or you may have me recreate the damaged item, your choice.

Gift wrapping will be done upon request.

Custom orders may take longer to ship than regular, premade items.
