Hey everyone! Lollipoppe Cosmetics is dedicated to bringing you fantabulous mineral makeup at reasonable prices. But in order for things to run smoothly, please make sure you read our shop policies below before placing an order.

Payment

We currently only accept Paypal and Credit Cards as a payment method. Please pay within 3 days of purchase, as per Etsy terms.

At this time we do not accept mailed payments. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping

Please expect 2-3 business days before your item is shipped out if you live in the US. I ship on Saturdays for Canadian orders. All orders are shipped via First Class.

If you order a large amount of makeup (I love you) in which the total package weight is more than 13 ounces, it will be shipped via Priority Mail at no extra cost.

I'm sorry, but at this time we only ship to U.S. and Canadian addresses.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of cosmetic items, we cannot accept refunds on our products.

We have sample sizes available for you to test before investing in our full sized product.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All tools, working area, and containers are sanitized with rubbing alcohol before and after each small batch we make. We also wear latex gloves and face masks during preparation to prevent contamination.

The color ingredients we use in our makeup are FDA approved for the purpose we use them in, ie all eyeshadow color ingredients are approved for use around the eyes.
