Payment

I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL!!! (You can use PayPal with any credit card without me having to know any personal information).

Shipping

I use the United States Post Office. I require signature confirmation or delivery confirmation for Domestic Packages. I will send you an email letting you know I shipped your item(s) to the address provided by Paypal. Unless it’s a gift; I will send it to the address provided.

I will ship your item(s) within 24 hours of payment; unless it's a holiday or something happens. (I will notify you at once; letting you know their will be a delay).

I’m not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Insure your items(s). International buyers: (I’m not responsible if there are any problems with customs (such as delivery) or for any additional fees (there may be).

Shipping Materials: I do charge for shipping materials and all fees associated with the product/transaction; which is already added to the total billing.

Refunds and Exchanges

I would be happy to accept the item(s) back. The item(s) must be returned: not damaged, not used, and with original tags.(If I receive item(s) back that are damaged; I won't allow merchandise credit). Item(s) purchased from NotMonochromatic will ONLY receive Merchandise Credit. The buyer must pay for return shipping and the price of new shipping for credited
item(s) within 3 days or item(s) will become final sale. Please email me to let me know that you are returning the item(s) at NotMonochromatic [!at] gmail.com.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Order(s):

I will need to send you an invoice before I start your custom order. I always ask for half of the total amount up front to start. The balance can be paid in full when I'm finished and ready to ship your item(s).

I will need your address for shipping. Please state when you would like to have your custom order done by and your budget so we can work something out.

If for any case, you want to cancel your custom order. The amount provided to start your project will not be refunded and you give me Rhiannon of NotMonochromatic the right to list the item(s) in my store.
