Payment

I accept PayPal only. Payment must be received within 24 hours of your initial order.

If you need to cancel an order, please let me know IMMEDIATELY since I usually ship next-day.

Shipping

I ship all orders USPS First Class and usually ship the day after I receive payment. I'm happy to make shipping upgrades if you need a speedy delivery. Just convo me or send an email to windowledgearts [AT] yahoo.com. Item(s) will ship to your paypal account address unless otherwise specified. Please let me know at the time of purchase if you'd like your item(s) shipped elsewhere.

Individual items totaling $50 or more (without shipping fees) will be sent insured.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me within 7 days of receipt if you have any questions or concerns about the item(s) you ordered. Earrings are non-returnable.
