Payment

I accept credit cards or Paypal payments made through Paypal. Payment is expected at time of of purchase. If you need more time send me an email letting me know. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use your credit or debit card for your purchases. It is a free service.

Shipping

*I ship all orders within 48 hours after payment has been received.
*I currently ship only in the US.
*Shipping is $3.50 in the US via USPS- First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.
*I will ship your jewelry to the address entered in the etsy checkout; If this does not match your paypal address, please note that I will ALWAYS ship to your etsy address.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds
Hopefully you will love your jewelry as much as I enjoyed making it. If you are unhappy with your purchase contact subsixstudios via e-mail within 7 days of receipt and you may return or exchange it minus shipping costs. You will be responsible for securely shipping the purchase back to subsixstudios with tracking. All custom orders are final.

Repairs
If your purchase arrives damaged or breaks soon after receiving it please contact subsixstudios via e-mail within 90 days. You will be responsible for securely shipping your purchase but I will be happy to repair free of charge. After the 90 day period I will repair your jewelry at my discretion. A small fee may be charged. Please keep in mind that since each piece is one a kind I don't always have the exact materials on hand nor can I always repurchase the exact materials I used to create your unique piece. If some of the components are missing I will do my best to recreate the exact piece of jewelry.
