Welcome

Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop. I try to use good quality materials and produce good quality products. Please let me know if you discover that anything I am using is not up to scratch!

Payment

Items will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
All prices are in US dollars.
If payment is not received within 3 business days of placing order and I have not been contacted with a reason then order will be cancelled.
Direct Debit is available to people in Australia - let me know and I'll give you my bank account details.

Shipping

If I anticipate a delay in shipping times I will let you know.

Shipping costs do not include insurance, although this can be provided if you contact me and pay for the insurance. If you want to make any changes to shipping such as insurance please notify me BEFORE placing your order so that I can alter the shipping price.

If you live in the Hobart area you are welcome to contact me regarding alternative arrangements to pick up items and avoid shipping costs. Please contact me about this before making payment so that I can remove shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and returns are not available at this time, however if you have any problems please contact me and I'll see what I can do.
