Shipping

Shipping is typically via USPS and FedEx.
Recycled packing materials are used whenever possible.
Local buyers may arrange to pick-up their item(s) - shipping costs will then be reimbursed.

Upgrade: insurance is available (and recommended) for an additional charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are only available for insured items damaged in transit.

Wholesale and custom orders are accepted – production and shipping schedules will be on a case-by-case basis.
