Bonjour !
I'm a French mixed-media artist, from textile to paper. My goal is to offer you unique products handmade in France, with French materials.

Payment

I'm happy to accept Paypal as payment.

Please note that you DO NOT need a Paypal account in order to pay for an order using Paypal. You can also use a credit card such as Mastercard or Visa. During the checkout process please choose the Paypal option, you will then be given the choice to "sign-in" to your Paypal account OR type in your credit card information. Using your credit card or Paypal is a quick and safe way to pay for an item as the seller is not privy to any of your personal banking information.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction if payment is not received.

Shipping

Please allow 1-3 days before shipping is processed after payment. All shipping are made with the French Post, prioritary mail and secure packaging.

Unfortunately, I have no control over international customs and once a package leaves my hands I cannot guarantee that it will arrive within French Post's suggested timeline. Please note that seller is not responsible for any additional customs fees that your country may charge.

I always ship to the Etsy mailing address that is automatically emailed to me after you have purchased an item. If you have moved, please double check that this address has been updated.

Shipping prices may include the cost of packaging materials, Etsy listing fee and Paypal transaction fee.

If you group orders, please let me know so I can calculate exact shipping charge, I always try to reduce shipping charge for buyers.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept returns, due to shipping charge back, so please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about an item before you purchase it. I am happy to answer any questions that you might have regarding dimensions, materials or colours.
