Welcome

Welcome to our Elegant Designs Crafts Shop. We specialize in hand crafted items such as tea towels with crocheted toppers, cotton dishcloths and potholders like your grandmather used to make. We also make great fancy and everyday scarves in a variety of yarns and ribbons and threads. We also have our photography offered as greeting cards usable for any ocassion. Please try us out. We have sold at craft shows for several years and have been successful. We hope to have you as a long time customer!

Payment

Payment is by Paypal or Money orders only!

Shipping

We ship most shipments as First Class Mail. You may request Priority Mail if you wish. Insurance is at your request and highly re commended, but note that if not purchased any losses are those of the purchaser as we cannot be responsible for Postal Service losses or mistakes.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds allowed if items have not been worn, washed, dirtied or damaged as they are sent out in perfect condition, return postage is your responsibility. We will do our best to make you happy. We inspect all items before shipping them out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We accept custom orders but they must be paid for in advance if we can fulfill your request.

We will consider discounts on a multi order of the same product as well as a shipping discount!
