Hello, my fellow Etsians, and welcome to my new little shop. My name is Sarah Ohme, and I'm a fine artist who happens to be in love with graphic design. I approach all of my designs as individual pieces of art; I spend hours playing with textures, colors, shapes, and lines... it's my meditation, my daydream, my playground. The visual arts are where I have my shiny happy fits of rage and moments of sweet epiphany. When I find something that makes my heart sing, I flesh it out into a full Etsy design -- into functional art -- and hone it to fit exactly what my customers want and need.

...because anything worth saying is worth saying hot.

Payment

I prefer payment via Revolution Money Exchange but also accept PayPal. Your reservation in the design line is only guaranteed upon receipt of cleared payment. First come, first served!

Orders can be canceled within 7 days of purchase, only if no work has been done.

Shipping

Why, shipping on digital goods is free, silly! I typically handle the proofing process through Etsy convos, and then send the finished designs off-Etsy, bundled into a neat, organized little package for super easy navigation. On orders of $25 or greater, I will also burn the finished files onto a disc and snail mail them free of charge, if you so desire. (There will be a $1.50 charge for disc backup and shipping on orders less than $25.)

Refunds and Exchanges

Given the nature of the work, there are no refunds on in-progress or finished work. Orders can be canceled within 7 days of purchase, only if no work has been done.

I do my best to keep backups of all of my work (especially custom and OOAK orders) but I HIGHLY recommend backing up your files once they've been delivered and keeping them in a safe place. When you place an order with me, you are verifying that all images, text, and contact information provided to me for the design is yours, and that you hold any applicable copyrights relating to submitted material.
