Thank you for visiting Ruby Willow. Each piece of jewelry is designed and created by me, Jeana Linhart. I do sometimes take apart and re-use vintage pieces of jewelry so please be aware that some items may have small imperfections, stains, scratches, discoloration, and/or aging. I love giving a second life to old things and creating beautiful things out of nothing.

Payment

I prefer PayPal but if you need to use a different form of payment just contact me. I'm sure we can work it out.

Payment must be received before I can ship the item.

Shipping

All items ship USPS first class within 3 days of order. Let me know if you'd like to purchase insurance or want to upgrade to priority shipping and I'll send you a revised invoice. I will not be liable for lost or damaged packages.

For international orders, please send me your postal code so I can calculate shipping and I'll send you a revised invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to love your purchase so if you are not happy with it, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item and we'll figure out a way to make it right.
