I hope you enjoy my jewelry. My goal is to provide you with a choice of one-of-a-kind artisan items - you won't look like everyone else when you wear a piece of hand crafted art! I am happy to make custom pieces using different colors or designs - contact me for a consultation on an idea.

Payment

Please pay promptly. I will relist items after three days unless I hear from you.

Shipping

I will ship withing 48 business day hours, unless I contact you first. Custom orders are not included in this policy, and will be agreed upon when the order is place.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you are happy with your purchase. If my jewelry fails due to workmanship during normal usage, I will repair it or replace it if you send the item back to me. I will pay the shipping to send the repaired piece back to you.

If you feel I have misrepresented a piece and you receive something not as described, I will refund your money upon receiving the article back in original condition.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please note that all of my jewelry, including on some pieces, the chains or clasps have been hand constructed. Variations are normal. The silver has been hand sculpted, and will show some imperfections and is part of the artisan appeal of the items. Do not expect machine perfection. The pieces are sturdy and well-constructed and certainly no two alike!!
