Welcome

Welcome to my shop! With a goal to give you the best possible experience, I provide a quick shipping turn around time and excellent communication. Please let me know if you have any questions. I almost always respond in less than 24 hours.

If the item you are sending is a gift please read "Additional Information."

Payment

The preferred method of payment is PayPal.

ONLY if you live in the USA, is personal check accepted. If you choose this method, I will message you on Etsy when the check arrives in my mail box. All checks must clear with the bank before your item is shipped out. This MAY take as long as a 3-5 business days after receipt of your payment.

I'm also open to trading items. If you have something of similar value in your shop (or of less value, wherein I would only charge you the difference) send me a message. It is possible that we could work something out :)

Shipping

ALL ORDERS are shipped USPS First-Class and come with Delivery Confirmation. USPS First Class to Canada can take 10+ days to arrive depending on your location. Please let me know if you need the item quicker so that prices can be adjusted accordingly.

US ORDERS include insurance so that you are protected should anything unforseen happen in transit

CANADIAN ORDERS do NOT currently include insurance. Hopefully this will change in the near future but at the moment I am required to upgrade your order to USPS Priority if I wish to insure your purchase. This can push shipping into a cost prohibitive $10-13 dollar range so I am only offering it upon request. Please message me if you are interested and the shipping difference will be billed via Paypal. Due to the OOAK nature of my work I unfortunately cannot be held responsible for uninsured packages, however, every care is taken to ensure that your package arrives safely. Please read "Refunds and Exchanges" for details.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am certain that you will be pleased with your purchase, so no exchanges or refunds are accepted. All items are carefully packaged in a sealed plastic sleeve, sandwiched between two pieces of stiff cardboard, and then sealed into a bubble envelope that is taped shut.

PRICING:
This is determined by time needed to complete each piece. Any price changes, due to piece imperfections, are executed at the descretion of the artist and will be clearly indicated in the item description.

.5-1hr = $5.00
1-1.5hrs = $10.00
1.5-2hrs = $15.00
2-2.5hrs = $20.00
2.5-3hrs = $25.00
3-3.5hrs = $30.00
3.5-4hrs = $35.00
4-4.5hrs = $40.00
4.5-5hrs = $45.00

IF YOUR PURCHASE IS A GIFT:

I am very communicative and will contact you during various stages of the purchasing/shipping process. If you share your account or e-mail with the person this gift is for PLEASE message me ASAP with an alternate method of contacting you so I don't spoil the surprise.

In most cases the time between receipt of payment and shipment is very short. If you would like a handwritten note (with your wording) included in the package free of charge, please let me know ASAP as well.
