Payment
We accept Paypal, checks and money orders. Payment is due within 5 days of purchasing the items.
ImagineThat FAM Bucks Policy:
"I accept up to $10 in FAM Bucks each calendar month. Please contact me with your FAM Bucks Code at the time of purchase. Once the code has been verified, I will send you a revised invoice for your purchase. All FAM Bucks purchases are final sales. Exchanges may be possible on non-personalized items. Shipping expenses are the buyer’s responsibility."
FAM Bucks are not legal tender and have no cash value. FAM reserves the right to revoke FAM Bucks or terminate this promotion and FAM Bucks at any time without advanced notice. FAM Bucks are non-transferable and non-replaceable. Each FAM Bucks code may only be used one time.”
Shipping
We ship everything in the United States First-Class USPS. Discounts are offered for multiple items shipped at the same time. In most cases we will ship your items within one business day of receiving payment.
I also ship to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom via Air Mail. It typically takes about 5-10 days for shipping, but I do this to keep costs down. See item description for the shipping costs.
If you would like your parcel insured, please let me know and I'd be happy to add that on. Because of the extreme expense (usually over $35!) I don't offer tracking numbers in most cases.
*** Although it is rare to incur import taxes, customs can be just great sometimes. As with other businesses, any charges incurred at customs are the responsibility of the BUYER. We are not responsible for packages not delivered.***
Refunds and Exchanges
We want to you love your purchase, and we know that it's hard to buy things online when you can't feel them and see them in person. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. We do not offer cash refunds, but will gladly exchange it for another item. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
