Following are the policies for this shop. All situations are handled on a case by case basis, and I am willing to make exceptions where extenuating circumstances exist.

Payment

Payment is expected immediately. I will allow up to three days for payment to be sent. Upon three days without payment the transaction will be canceled and negative feedback will be left.

If an e-check is issued, I will notify you of this (just in case you don't know), and I will wait until the check clears before shipping the item.

Please contact me if you are having issues with your Paypal account. By doing so, I will allow some extra time for you to work out these issues.

Shipping

Items are shipped within one to three days from receipt of payment. If you need an item sooner or for a specific date, please notify me of this before purchase. A small fee may be incurred for the rush.

Items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail. It will be noted in the listing if an item is a Priority shipping item.

Delivery confirmation is obtained on all items shipping domestically.

Insurance is only obtained upon request.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges will be granted for damaged or stolen items during or after shipping since all items are shipped out in the highest quality. If you are concerned about damages or losses, please request insurance on your order.

Exchanges can be granted in the case of a gift. The recipient of the gift must contact me either by Conversation or E-mail in order to swap their item with something in my shop of equal or greater value. In the case of an exchange, I must receive the item being exchanged as well as any excess money before I will ship out the new item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

***Images/Designs***
ALL images in this shop belong to MabelMcBee.com and shall not be used without permission. This applies to product images as well as banner, avatar and other images. ALL designs are property of MabelMcBee. I personally make all of my own patterns, which takes a lot of time and energy. Please do not STEAL from me, which is what you are doing when copying and pasting.

***Trades***
I do not accept trades. Please do not contact me about trades. I cannot guarantee that I will respond to inquiries about trades.

***Custom Orders (Including Alchemy)***
I would love to create a custom bag for you or someone you know. Please remember when requesting a custom item that this is a one person business, so any deadline must be cleared with me in advance. I require 50% payment prior to an item being created and 50% and shipping costs upon completion of the item(s). Prices will be cleared with you before your item is created.

***Wholesale & Consignment***
I am looking forward to featuring my items in local boutiques. Because this is a small business, I cannot create items in mass quantities. Also, I offer my items at a 20% discount when bought for wholesale or consignment purposes. Payment is expected upfront then you are willing to mark items up as much as you see fit to gain a profit.

***Feedback***
In order to continue selling on Etsy with a good reputation, I rely on your positive feedback upon receipt of your item. Once I receive your feedback, I will also leave feedback for you.

***Environment***
Items are created in a smoke free and drug free environment. I do have two short hair chihuahuas who frequent the sewing room. I do my best to keep all items free of their hair or dander. Although I would hate to lose your business, your health means more to me, so please do not purchase my items if you are severely allergic to pet hair or dander.
