Sock Monkeys are awesome friends. They have spanned many decades as a popular icon in our culture. When I started making them, I thought I would make a few and that would be it. But I loved making them. And even more, I loved the reactions they got. So, I have carried on making them, and evolved my monkeys into a style all their own.


If ever you have any problems with one of my products, or need help with a D.I.Y. Kit, please, do not hesitate to ask me.

Payment

I prefer PayPal, but if you'd like to pay by money order, contact me to discuss.

Shipping

Ready-to-go items ship, usually within 2-4 days.

If your item is made to order, it can take up to 1 week, and sometimes 2, if the load is high.

If you need a rush delivery, contact me. I'm no stranger to expressing gifts. ;)

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept refunds and exchanges. Items must be returned within 10 days, in the same condition they were sent.

No refunds on shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Full payment is required up front for all orders under $50 [before shipping] ... half down is due, or $50 whichever is more, on orders over $50. The reminder + shipping is due once the item is complete.


It may take 1-3 weeks to complete a custom order, depending on the detail. I will quote you a time frame, but please be prepared for delays if your item requires special attention and materials.


Mobiles can take up to 1 month to complete.

Pricing:

$20% off for 6 monkeys small or medium.

12 medium monkeys $350
12 small monkeys $250

24 medium monkeys $500
24 small monkeys $400

24 baby monkeys $240

I do not sell large monkeys wholesale.


Half due is mandatory up front for all wholesale orders.

Insurance is included in the price.
Shipping is not included in the pricing And is typically $15 for a flat rate Priority Mail box in the USA.

PAYPAL ONLY. Your monkeys must be sent to a verified address through paypal to protect both of us.


YOU MAY NOT list my monkeys on any handmade shop stores, etsy, artfire, etc. These venues expect you to be the maker. They are not resale shops.

YOU MAY NOT remove my tags. These are still my product. I have worked hard to get my name out there. You are selling my product, proudly... I've sold almost a thousand of these guys worldwide. I'm honored to form a business relationship with you.

TURN AROUND FOR WHOLESALE is typically 3-6 weeks. But may take longer depending on the size of the order and other orders waiting.
