Hi! Firstly, thanks for taking the time to read my policies, so many people don't :)

My name is Katie, I'm a mummy and I also work part time for a holiday company. The rest of the time I am in front of the computer, or at least checking it often, so please don't hesitate to contact me if any issues arise, or even if you just want a chat.

I've recently moved over from http://keepsakekatie.etsy.com, where I have over 40 sales, and 100% feedback rating. I just fancied a bit of a rebrand to tie in with the name I use everywhere else on the net.

Payment

I accept Paypal only, unless you are in the UK, when I would be happy to discuss other payment options with you.

Shipping

I ship as often as possible. Please be aware that international shipping can take up to three weeks.

All of my jewellery is sent out in recycled bubble mailers. If you would like a brand new one, just let me know. I have my own packaging which varies with the season. Delicate or gift items are gift-boxed.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will send a replacement or refund your money if you don't receive anything after 4 weeks due to postal error.
