Thanks for stopping in at my shop.
If you are reading my policies, I hope it's because you are seriously considering purchasing one (or more!) pieces of my work. Thank you for considering my wares ;)

Payment

Please pay within 24 hours. I accept Paypal payments only at this time. Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account... you can still pay by credit card through Paypal without signing up!

Shipping

I will ship to the address listed on PayPal. If you need your purchase sent to another address please let me know when placing your order.
I ship to the US via small packet airmail which is insured up to $100.
I ship within Canada using standard O/S mail. It does not have insurance, but if you would like to have your item insured please cotact me via Etsy convo for a quote.
If you are outside of Canada and the USA please convo me with your shipping info so I can get you an accurate quote!
*Please keep in mind that I am shipping from Canada and items can take 5-10 business days to arrive at most locations.*

Please note that if you are purchasing multiple items that I ship jewelry in reusable gift tins. If you are ordering multiple stacking rings or small items they will all come packaged in 1 tin. If you require each item to have a separate tin (such as giving items away as gifts), please let me know and I would be happy to put each item in its own tin. Alternatively, if you don't need the tin/gift packaging please let me know and I will wrap your item safely and securely and ship with no tin.

In order to be kind to the environment occasionally re-use perfectly good packaging materials that I have received in my travels and purchases. If you do not want any repurposed/reused packaging materials used when packing your order please be sure to let me know when you make your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me if you have a problem with your order. I strive to make you 100% happy.
I will accept a return for a store credit. (Please note that I am not responsible for return shipping costs.)
