Thank you for your interest in Chocolate Paws luxury bath products for pampered puppies and dogs! I am excited to offer products that use only high-quality, puppy and dog safe, pH balanced ingredients. Dog shampoo and conditioner bases are certified vegan. These are the products I use on my own dogs, who are the most scumptious smelling dogs in Houston.

Payment

Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. I accept all major credit cards through Paypal and will accept money orders. If you wish to send me a money order, please contact me and let me know once it has been sent. I will be happy to extend my payment terms to accomodate snail mail.

Shipping

Items will be shipped via Priority Mail within two days of receipt of payment. Please contact me if you need your products sooner and I will arrange for same-day (when possible) or next day shipment and Express Mail (Express Mail charges will apply).

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are not accepted, however, damaged products will be replaced at no charge to the customer.
