Thank you so much for visiting Up My Sleeve Boutique. Up My Sleeve Boutique offers three New England inspired lines - Nantucket Basket Purses, Hope N Joy Jewelry and Center of Attention Occasion. Our design philosophy is traditional but fun and always ORIGINAL.

Payment

Please pay via PayPal. We will also accept a personal check or money order but cannot begin creating your item until the personal check clears. After 24 hours of your order if payment has not been made, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping

We will ship your order Priority Mail with USPS using Delivery Confirmation for online tracking.

Refunds and Exchanges

At Up My Sleeve we're obsessed with perfection but imperfections are sometimes a reality given the handmade nature of each piece. We hear over and over again from happy customers regarding how meticulous our work is so please don't let this "disclaimer" alarm you. We will never ship anything that we wouldn't purchase ourselves or be excited to gift to another. We think keeping our designs handmade (versus manufacturing them) adds to the charm of Up My Sleeve's designs and anomalies should not never be seen as a defect.

Each of our offerings are made at the time of order. Due to the custom nature of our products Up My Sleeve is unable to accept returns or allow refunds and/or exchanges. In the event an item is damaged during shipping please contact us so that we can arrange for a repair immediately. We will reimburse you for all shipping related to the return and begin the repair/replacement of your item upon return of the original, damaged item.

Our baskets are hand woven and durable, but not indestructible. Personalization is custom designed and sealed for durability. Every shell used in our designs is genuine & therefore very delicate. Treat your Nantucket Basket with utmost care and handle them carefully, as you would any handmade item. Up My Sleeve Boutique is not responsible for items damaged due to mishandling or neglect.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Each of our offerings are made at the time of your order. We do not "stock" our designs for shelf ready sales. Depending on your selection, orders will typically take approximately two weeks to ship. There have been many instances of items shipping in as little as 24 hours but depending on your selection, timing will vary. If you need an item to ship sooner than our standard two week window, please contact Up My Sleeve prior to placing your order so that we can be sure to meet your schedule. While we do everything "in house" and try to be super flexible, sometimes we can hit delays with our suppliers.
