Thank you for visiting Alpaca Creations!

I first learned to knit from my Grandmother as a young girl and have enjoyed expanding my crafting horizon over the years to include crocheting, spinning, and felting.

My hand made items are also sold locally at Violet's Children's Boutique in downtown Aberdeen, WA and at seasonal craft fairs and festivals.

WHY ALPACA? Alpaca yarn is luxuriously soft, lightweight, and warm. Alpaca fiber is also smoother than wool and contains no lanolin, making alpaca a wonderful choice for both children and adults with sensitive skin.

Payment

8.3% sales tax will be added to all orders placed from Washington state, USA.

PayPal, Credit Cards (through PayPal), and Money Orders are accepted for payment.

I will begin working on your custom creation after full payment has been received. If you pay by Money Order, I will wait until your payment has been received and cleared through the bank.

Shipping

Aberdeen/Olympia, WA area residents - Please contact me if you would like to arrange local pick up to avoid shipping charges.

All orders will be shipped via USPS first-class mail. The shipping charge covers the cost of shipping, delivery confirmation (when available) and shipping supplies.

Additional shipping charges will be added to all orders requesting priority or express shipping.

After you have made your purchase, I will send an email acknowledgment with an estimated shipping date. All items are hand made by me, so please allow at least 1 to 2 weeks for me to complete your custom creation. This time may occasionally be longer during busy seasons when I receive many custom orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because all items are custom made, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, please contact me if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. I am always willing to work with you to find acceptable solutions for any problems that may arise.
