Payment

I gladly accept Paypal and Personal Checks. I ask that you send payment within one week of purchase. If for some reason, you need to cancel your order, please let me know within three days of "buying" the item from my shop.

Shipping

I ship using the United States Postal Service. Items are generally shipped using recycled packaging materials. I ship via USPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. Insurance is available upon request. I do not ship internationally at this time, but please send me a message if you are interested- I am more than willing to work something out on a individual basis.

Refunds and Exchanges

I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know within fourteen days, and we can discuss a return. Items may be returned for a full refund upon receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping.
