Welcome

At Hello Galena, we have over 60 artists who display and sell their work. If you purchase an item via the internet, we will package, insure and ship your product within 5 days. (We need a little more time due to the fact that we have so many artists.) But you can be sure that your item will be a wonderful, handmade piece of art!

If you were in our shop in Galena, IL, and found something that you wish you would have purchased...and it's not on our site here, please convo us. We will put it on the site for you to purchase ASAP.

Payment

Once a purchase is made, the sale is final, unless there is a mistake or damage on our part. But we guarantee that you will get what we show you in the picture...and pictures don't do it justice, of course.

We accept Paypal, credit cards, checks (which must clear before mailing occurs), money orders

Shipping

insurance will be included on all purchases; UPS will package and ship

Refunds and Exchanges

Please let us know if there is a problem with anything as we will be happy to rectify it to the best of our ability. We want you to be happy!

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you have a custom order request, just let us know. Most of the artists would welcome a custom order, from painters, jewelry designers, knitters, potters, and more.
