My artworks are available in all sorts of sizes and types. If you don't see the piece you would like or perhaps you need a different size, please "Request Custom Item" me and I'll be happy to list it just for you.

If you would like to join my mailing list to be notified when new items are listed, as well as the occasional member special or contest, just send me a convo with your name and email address.

Easy peasy... Just like magic. ;o)

Payment

We are delighted when payment is made within three business days. If you are still shopping, need a combined invoice, have any special requests or a problem, please convo me, I'm happy to help where possible.

We're really not witchy at all.

PayPal is my preferred payment method and can be used with or without an account. Why you ask? PayPal allows you to make secure transactions without giving away all your personal credit information each and every time. PayPal offers buyer protection and peace of mind when shopping online.

I am happy to accept international money orders. Please understand that your order will be shipped only after the money order has cleared the bank. PayPal also offers instant gratification. ;o)

If sending a money order, please do convo me to let me know it's coming.

Shipping

Upon receipt of payment, ready to go items will be packaged and shipped within 1 business day... Up to 7 business days for preparation of items not immediately on hand.

For Canvas Art, customization and special requests, please allow 3 days for painting, a final protective coating and drying time.

Canvas Art & Canvas Prints...

Shipped via international airmail with an expected delivery of 5-10 business days. Delivery may vary by destination country.

Original Paintings...

Original Paintings are shipped with Canada and the United States expedited via Purolator Ground with an expected delivery of 3-5 business days. Please contact me about shipping to other countries if interested.

Shipping fees are based on weight and size according to the rate guides available at Canada Post.

Refunds and Exchanges

While I'm sure you will be delighted with your purchase, if you are less than satisfied, I am happy to refund the full purchase price (less shipping) upon receipt of the returned item(s) in their original condition.

All items are carefully packaged for a safe journey and all shipments are insured such that should you receive a damaged item, a replacement will be shipped out immediately. Where a replacement is not available, a full refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All Canvas Art and Prints are reproductions of the original work by me. The original painting is scanned for the truest color match and the prints are professionally printed (not home printed) on canvas, then delivered to me. All artworks are hand signed on the back. With the original painting on hand for comparison, I can guarantee you the highest quality.

Please be aware that all monitors are color calibrated and display differently. If you've ever put a laptop side-by-side a desktop monitor, you'll know how true that can be. Actual colors may vary slightly from what you "see" on your monitor.

It goes without saying...

All artworks are copyright Samantha Shirley from 2004 and beyond. Any type of reproduction, in part or as a whole, is not permitted without express written consent. The artist retains all rights.
