Welcome

There are so many sellers on Etsy and I think each one should have an identity as unique as the items they create in order to stand out form the crowd.

I design and sell one of a kind premade and custom graphics for all kinds of Etsy sellers. When you purchase a package, it is all yours – graphics will never be sold to anyone else.

When designing custom graphics, I work with you to develop an idea you may have, or design artwork based on information I am provided. I will send a list of questions to be answered for all custom work to get a better idea of what you are looking for.

Timelines for custom work are not set in stone – each piece is different and I will work with you to establish timelines that are acceptable to us both. Prices for custom work are for approximately 1 hour of design time, plus 1 round of changes. All final work is supplied to you in JPG format. If you'd like to modify or substitute the items provided in the custom package with other items, please convo me before checking out and we can discuss.

Payment

Payment is by Paypal only. A Paypal notice must be received within two days. If I don't hear back, I will send a friendly reminder. Once the Paypal funds have cleared, I will begin work and deliver within 24 hours.

Shipping

All graphics are delivered to an email address. If you'd prefer another method, please convo me. I can also send through FTP or YouSendIt.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, once final graphics are received by the buyer, there can not be a refund or exchange. If an order is cancelled before the graphics are supplied, I will provide a refund minus the Etsy and Paypal charges.
