Thank you for taking the time to read our shop policies!

Payment

We must receive payment before your purchase ships. If you buy something, but don't follow through with purchasing something we will kindly prompt you to finish purchasing the item. If not then we will cancel the sale and leave feedback. If you really have your heart set on something, but don't get paid until next week- just let us know. We're happy to set anything aside for you- it's more important to communicate your intentions!

Shipping

Your item will ship within 3 days of your purchase. We will convo you to let you know that either it just went out or is on it's way in the morning!

Refunds and Exchanges

We try to disclose any and all damages in the descriptions- however, in the event that we've overlooked something (you know it happens...) please let us know within two days of receiving your order. We want you to feel satisfied with your purchase and if there is any way we can remedy the situation we will do so!
If you feel like you were misled about an item- please feel free to send a convo.
