Welcome to my shop! I'm Drea, and I design and/or make everything in my shop with the help of my puppy, Jack. OK, he really just lays on my feet while I make arrange baskets and draw lines...but I like to think he is my assistant.

Payment

I prefer PayPal or credit cards, please convo me if you cannot do either and we'll make arrangements.

If I do not receive payment for an item within 24 hours of purchase I will cancel the sale and relist the items in my shop.

Shipping

I ship USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation within 48 hours of payment. I include the cost of shipping and packing materials in my shipping prices. If you need something super-fast, please convo me and I will gladly make arrangements. If I'm on vacation and can't ship something it will be noted in my Shop Announcement!

PLEASE! Take note that I live in Maine and it is WINTER! If there is a blizzard, ice storm, etc that will effect my driving to the post office, my shipping will be held up by a day! Thanks for your understanding in this!

Refunds and Exchanges

I want every customer to be happy with what they've ordered! If you're not happy, let me know and we'll work out a return or exchange. I can't, however, be responsible for anything lost or damaged in the mail.

Additional Policies and FAQs

There will be the occasional charity items in my shop, so check back often! Most often you'll see my with items for the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life (I'm a team captain for the Haverhill, MA Relay!) and Susan G. Komen. I also support my local animal shelter, the Coastal Humane Society, and some dear-to-my-dad's-heart projects: Rebuilding Together, and the Haverhill Historical Society of Haverhill, Massachusetts.
