Payment

I accept any form of payment through Paypal or a domestic US check or money order. Sorry, no international money orders or wire transfers!
Checks/money orders must clear before merchandise will be shipped.

Shipping

**PLEASE READ**

Shipping prices are based on the weight of the item. I ship via First Class USPS, but would be happy to provide Priority shipping if requested.

I do not automatically provide insurance, but I recommend that you add it on - many of my items are unique and cannot be easily replaced. For very expensive or delicate items I may automatically add insurance to the shipping at my discretion - it will always be noted in the listing if the price includes insurance.

Domestic shipping always includes delivery confirmation.

I cannot be responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged in the mail...and the post office will staunchly refuse to reimburse any party if there is no insurance. Insurance for packages under $50 is an additional $1.70
That said, I do care about my customers! If your package doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, please convo me so we can fix the situation!

Unfortuantely, insurance for international shipping is not available at a reasonable cost. If you would like me to include insurance, I will send you an estimate for Express Mail, but please be aware it can cost from $25-50. The USPS may not honor insurance claims for damage or loss that occurs once the package has been handed over to your local shipping service.
International packages, insured or otherwise, are sent at the buyer's risk! I apologize for the inconvenience (and unfairness!) of this, but please keep it in mind before placing an international order.

I cannot replace items that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered, and the USPS will not honor insurance claims for damage or loss after delivery. Since I always use delivery confirmation, there will be record of when the package was delivered. If you need signature confirmation to make sure your package won't be left where neighbors can steal it, please let me know and I'll be happy to add it on.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, I will accept returns within 14 days and will refund the full purchase price. I cannot refund shipping, with the exception of insured items returned because of shipping damage, or the wrong item being shipped to you.

Please be aware that all monitors show color differently. I aim to show the colors of my items as accurately as possible, but colors may vary from monitor to monitor.

Additional Policies and FAQs

While I use only natural wool fiber and non-toxic acid dyes for my rovings and yarns, these items have not been tested for lead and are not intended for use by or for children under 12.
