Payment

Payment is due at time of order. We accept payments via PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make payment. Paying with PayPal you are using one of the most secured methods of payment. All major credit cards accepted.

If paying via money order, we will ship your order as soon as payment is received.

Sorry, we can not accept personal checks.

Shipping

Products are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We may occassionally ship via UPS.
*Combine shipping is available
*Large orders will be shipped USPS flat rate @ $10.80 for medium size boxes and $13.95 for larger orders.
*Order processing takes 2-3 days which does not include the shipping time. Large order may require additional time.
*Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. If an order is placed over the weekend it will be shipped the following Monday in most cases.

Refunds and Exchanges

INSURANCE OPTION: Purchasing Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Under no circumstances will Sweet Essence be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. The purchase of insurance protects you (the buyer). If you are interested in purchasing insurance please convo us at the time of your order.
Additional cost for insurance is $1.50.
Buyer assumes the risk for loss and or damages.
No refund, exchange or replacement for damage or loss doing shipment will be given for products that were not insured.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Due to the nature of skin care products, we are unable to except returns.
If you are unhappy with a product you receive, please convo us and we will do our best to make you a happy customer.

Items will not be refunded
