Welcome to Shoebox21 Design's shop policy page! Before placing an order, please be sure to read through the following information and become familiar with our policies.

Payment

Paypal is the only method of payment that is currently accepted. Through PayPal, transactions are completed quickly, easily, and remain entirely confidential. Unfortunately we cannot ship your order until payment is received.

Shipping

Items will be shipped to you first class via the USPS. We ship often so chances are that your order will be shipped within 2-3 days of your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

We're confident that you will be satisfied with our goods. However, if you wish to return an item, first contact us describing the problems with your order and we will reply with return and exchange directions as quickly as possible. Returns will be accepted on a case by case basis and please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable.
