Welcome
I have already made everything I can for myself, so I decided to just keep going and share the things I love to create with you! I have several ready made items, but love to do custom work. Let's start a conversation and see what we can dream up for you.
Payment
I take paypal and require payment within 3 days of purchase. If you can not afford to purchase your item, I will be happy to reserve it for you until you can purchase for up to 14 days. Please remember sellers are charged a fee from etsy for every item we sell off the site, regardless of if we received your payment. If payment is not received, and you do not make contact, I will have to cancel your order.
Shipping
I ship standard first class mail TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS, unless you tell me otherwise. I ship in recycled packaging whenever possible.
My home is smoke free, but not dog free! I keep the pet hair at bay, but an article I read on etsy said I should include this information in case of severe allergies.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. I do my best to completely describe each item. Please ask questions before purchasing. Get out a ruler and see how big 6 inches or 12 inches are, some items can look larger or smaller then they appear. I am always happy to give more info if needed, so please ask.
CUSTOM ITEMS that are too UNIQUE to resell: Sorry but I can not refund unique custom items, I can do a one time "fix" on items within reason, provided you ship item back to me at your expense and I will cover the return shipping.
NON-CUSTOM ITEMS and custom items that I determine can be resold: I will fully refund item provided the item is returned to me at buyers cost in original condition. Upon receipt I will fully refund your original purchase and shipping.
I will always try to work out something with my buyers based on the situation

I appreciate your feedback. If you have a complaint, please allow me time to remedy the situation before you leave negative feedback on etsy. Luckily I have not had an unhappy customers and hope to keep it that way!
