Payment

I accept Paypal as it is the most convenient method of payment for all purchasers.
Please make contact within 3 days of purchase otherwise I will consider that you have changed your mind and will re-list the item.
Custom orders may be accepted from time to time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required when placing the order and balance before shipping.

Shipping

I use Australia Post for all shipping. Expedited shipping can be arranged at extra cost. Insurance can be added on if you require. All taxes and charges eg. customs are at the buyers expense.

Refunds and Exchanges

So sorry but I do not refund or exchange. If you have insured an item I will hold the insurance slip and will be happy to follow up this end. I am unable to refund for uninsured items.
