Welcome to Deer Sweetheart Studio! A place to discover unique, hand-crafted stationery sets and pdf digital image templates to make your own birthday and gift cards, wedding invitations, holiday cards, personal stationery and calendars.

Deer Sweetheart templates are in an easy, ready-to-print PDF format. All you have to do is download the file into an image-editing program, put paper into your printer and start right away making your own special and unique projects.

Payment

I accept Paypal. In case you may get interrupted and forget to complete your order with payment, I will send you a friendly email reminder. After two days, if payment has not been received, your order will be canceled.

********Cancellation********
You can cancel your order within 24 hours and receive a full refund.

Shipping

Print and Personalized Stationery Sets:
Will be shipped 3 days after receipt of payment.

PDF Templates:
One of the benefits of digital image templates is that nothing has to be packaged, shipped, tracked and waiting for your package to arrive. Downloading from your email provides instant possession of your purchase to that you can immediately get busy printing your own cards, notes, stationery, invitations or fabric image transfers.

After your payment has been received, within 24-48 hours you will receive an email with your design image template attached, ready for you to download. You will also receive a Word document with easy to follow printing instructions and fabulous tips on print projects.

To make sure that you do not get billed for the pdf templates, please order the printed stationery sets and the pdf templates in separate orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

Print and Personalized Stationery Sets:
Please convo me if you are unsatisfied with your order. My goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied, so I will do what I can to make sure that happens.

PDF Templates:
Refunds are not possible with a digital download. If however, an unusual situation arises (email lost in space), please contact me so that we can come to a solution that will keep you a happy customer.

You have a lifetime usage of the design image template. What this means is if you cannot locate the file in the future or if it becomes damaged, please email me with proof of purchase and I will resend you a replacement file.

********What is a Digital Image Template? ********
A digital image template is an easy to use, economical and ready-to-print PDF file with an image that I designed using Illustrator and Photoshop software. Each template is placed on a 8.5 x 11 sheet with the design placed on the page to print perfectly for the intended use.


********What is the Quality and Appearance? ********
Every design is a 300 dots-per-inch file which when printed will produce crisp, high-quality images. You will be able to print smooth and brilliant images on your choice of paper or card stock. The digital template can be used over and over again without lost of quality. The pdf file can re-sized to a smaller size perfectly, without any lost of quality.

Actual colors may vary slightly from those shown on your computer monitor due to the nature of different printers, papers and ink.


********What Type of Paper? ********
The type of paper you should print on will usually be a bright white card stock, usually about 65 lb weight. Go Green and try using the recycled paper as well. Printing tips and instructions will be included when you download your design image template.

When you purchase a design image template, you agree to the usage and restrictions of usage listed below:

These are the things you can do . . .
• Your purchase is for personal use only for projects such as cards, calendars, note paper, stationery, invitations, fabric transfers, etc .

These are the things that are a no-no . . .
• No digital or manual manipulation to any design is permitted. All designs must maintain their original design and format.

• No Deer Sweetheart Studio design may be used for commercial purposes, for resale or for any commercial enterprise.

If you have any questions or would like to purchase a commercial license, please convo me for special license consideration.
