When you purchase anything from Jade Rose Designs you're buying something original and unique. I take pride in details and quality of my work. I make simple classic designs but also take risks to add a unique edge. Jade Rose Designs was created for the unique spirit who loves to express themselves through what they wear. Our designs are for you, custom orders and ideas are accepted and wanted, we want you to be happy with your product!

Payment

I accept all credit cards and debit cards via message/ email/ or phone conversation with client. If you would like to pay this way, please contact me!

All forms of payment are accepted, please convo with any questions in regards to payment that is not paypal.

Shipping

We ship via USPS for all domestic buyers. For international buyers we ship USPS International. If you need a veil ASAP please let us know and we will send you the price of what the shipping would be before charging you. That way you feel comfortable spending the amount it would take to ship it overnight or 2-3 day Priority. We are not here to make money on shipping, we are here for you our devoted customer, it is all about YOU!



PLEASE NOTE: We ship to the address supplied by ETSY! It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify Jade Rose Designs of any special shipping needs or issues no later than the date of purchase, that way we can ensure you get your lovely item!
Any shipping requests made after the date of purchase cannot be guaranteed.

**International Shipping: International shipping cannot guarantee the item will arrive as safe and secure as if being shipped domestically. Once the item is out of the home country, it cannot be tracked for safety and correct handling. If you would like confirmation, please use the conversation feature to let us know and we will adjust shipping costs accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products returns are not accepted in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. These pieces are delicate in nature and with the custom design process we do not allow returns but in some case will be able to do alterations.(this is a case by case basis).

Please note there are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders or one of a kind items because the designs are unique and created for special occasions. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please "convo" with any exchange that you would like to make due to seller error (i.e. wrong item sent), for exchanges, it is not the responsibility of Jade Rose Designs to pay for posting and shipment of returned item.

Extra charges may occur depending on how many materials used and the difficulty of finding unique, vintage pieces. All costs will be discussed and agreed upon before sale, no hidden charges will occur.
