All my products are made with love and care in my smoke-free home. I do have a cat (but he never helps me make my products!).

Payment

Payment is by PayPal only. All prices in my shop are in US$.

Payment is to be made within 3 days of the sale, or the sale will be cancelled.

Shipping

Orders are shipped once payment has been received.

Please make sure your PayPal address and Etsy address are the same. If they aren’t I will contact you to see which address is correct, which could create a delay in shipping.

New Zealand orders will be shipped by New Zealand post. Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery once your order has been sent.

International orders will be sent by international airmail. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery once your order has been sent.

International buyers must pay any customs fees and/or duties and taxes that may apply in your country.

I post on Tuesdays and Fridays... but if I’m out and about on other days I will pop into the Post Office for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Sorry, I do not do returns. All sales are final. Please make sure you read the item’s description before you place your order.

I will exchange items that have been damaged in the post. If your order gets damaged in the post please tell me about it within 7 days of receiving it. The damaged items must be returned to me within 14 days of receipt to receive an exchange for the same items.
