Payment

I accept PayPal only. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase, or item will be relisted.

Shipping

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
• Shipping prices listed are for United States only. If you are interested in a piece, convo me where you are from and I will put that item on reserve for you with the updated shipping price.
• All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service International First Class (if under 4 pounds) or International Priority (for boxes over 4 pounds).
*Since some countries' postal services are not as accurate as the U.S., you risk your shipment not being delivered*

PACKING:
• Each glass item is hand-washed before being packed.
• Your order will be packaged with the utmost care. Each piece will be wrapped in bubble wrap and packed well.
• The box will also be marked, "Fragile".

SHIPPING:
• Within 1-2 business days of your payment. I ship every day of the week but Sunday (post office is closed).
• All orders shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
• I will combine shipping if you purchase more than one item.

INSURANCE (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED):
• Domestic (United States) only.
• Must be requested by buyer BEFORE item is purchased. This will increase shipping cost (usually $1.75-$2.25).

Refunds and Exchanges

No returns, exchanges or reimbursements. I HIGHLY recommend you purchase insurance for all glass and breakable items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
I cannot guarantee your items will be delivered due to poor postal services in some countries. If your box does not get to you, you cannot be reimbursed. All taxes & customs charges are the buyers responsibility.
