Payment

♥ I accept PayPal or credit cards. Purchases will not be shipped until payment is confirmed. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase, otherwise the sale will be canceled.

If PayPal payment is not possible, just click the PayPal button when you go through the checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card.

Shipping

♥ I will ship anywhere in the world where a postman will go!
In order to keep shipping fee as low as possible and packages to arrive are fast as possible, orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (post office receipt is evidence for the date that your mail was presented to the Postal Service for mailing) between 2-3 business days after payment is received (US only).

If you would like shipping upgrades:
add Insurance: additional $1.70
add Certificate of Mailing: additional $1.10
add Delivery Confirmation: $.75
OR any other shipping preference: please Convo me BEFORE purchase and I will accommodate your request.
(note: I will edit the listing or invoice to reflect the shipping cost).

Shipping fees include packaging materials, envelops, postage, etc.

Please make sure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses match. If they do not, and I am unable to contact you I will send items to the address given by Etsy.

All packages will arrive nicely packaged ready to give as a gift or keep for yourself.

INTERNATIONAL Customers:
Shipping time frame varies depending where you are. Please send me a Convo prior to placing order if you would like an accurate invoice. I will calculate shipping cost for you individually for your country.

**Note:
Please understand that once the package leaves my hands, I can't do anything about it. It may take as fast 2 day to 10 days depending on where it's going.
Buyers are responsible for any and all fees, taxes, duties, and custom charges that associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should you for any reason are dissatisfied with your purchase or if your item does not meet your expectations, please contact me asap or within 3 days of receiving your order. I will either refund your cost (not including shipping), offer exchange OR store credit for another piece.
***I would require picture(s) the item as proof***

Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Items should be returned in condition they were sent at your expense within 7 days.

Instead of a general policy, I'd like to work on a case by case basis as I'd like to get to know my customers as well. I believe that each purchase and each person are different.
