Thank you for visiting and purchasing from my store! I want my customers to be happy, so if you have any questions, feel free to convo me!

Payment

I gladly accept paypal within 24 hours of ordering. I will send a confirmation email when your transaction is complete. If I am running a sale, convo me before purchase, and I'll adjust the price before you make your purchase.

Shipping

Items that are already made will be mailed out within 2 days of ordering (usually next day). Custom orders may take 3-5 days to complete. I will convo you when your custom order is complete.
I will mail out your purchase after payment has been made. I will convo you after item(s) have shipped, and I will include tracking information. If you would like insurance, please let me know, and I'll happily add it!

Refunds and Exchanges

I will gladly give a refund or exchange within 14 days of item delivery. Item(s) must be in new condition.
