Welcome

I want my customers to open their package and be totally happy with their purchase(s). I will do everything I can to make that happen.

Payment

Pretty Lemur only accepts Paypal.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, I will send a message to you through email and Etsy Conversation. If there is no response within 7 days, the order will be canceled for lack of payment.

If payment is made with an e-check via PayPal, I will only ship after the e-check is cleared.

Shipping

I ship orders within three business days after I receive payment.

I ship all items via USPS First Class mail. If your order weighs over 13oz, I will send it via USPS Priority mail. I like to keep my shipping rates low (cost of materials and postage); therefore, the U.S. rates do not include delivery confirmation or insurance. If you would like to have these, do not pay immediately, and I will adjust your invoice. The rates for Canada and other international locations include delivery confirmation. Remember, without insurance, Pretty Lemur is not responsible for damage or loss of the package by USPS.

International orders take anywhere from 4-20 business days to arrive. If your order does not arrive after this time, contact me to discuss.

If you would like to add any USPS rush options to your order, let me know before you pay and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the product is damaged in transit or has another major fault. Before I send your refund, I will ask you to send the damaged product back to me. I will then refund what you paid + the cost of shipping the item back to me.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of heart.

Refunds are not given for uninsured shipments that were lost by the USPS.

If you have any issues, I ask that you contact me to straighten it out as soon as you have them. I want my customers to be happy ones!
