Welcome

As a Counselor my specialty area is working with young families to promote healthy Attachment and with juveniles to heal attachment-related issues. Not only do I make MamaBear products to help support my family and education, all my products also promote the principles of parenting, family life, and simple living that I feel are important for personal, interpersonal, fiscal, and environmental health.

Payment

I prefer PayPal payments but will also accept money orders. Paypal payments should be made within 2 days of purchase and money orders should be received within 10 days. Please email me if you'd like to discuss other payment arrangements.

Sales not paid for within 5 days of purchase are subject to cancellation and resale.

Shipping

I generally ship in-stock items the day after cleared payment is received. To save time I don't usually send out notices every time I mail an item, but I do purchase Delivery Confirmation so if you ever have trouble receiving your item you can contact me and we'll figure out where it went!

If you need an item gift-wrapped and/or shipped somewhere other than your PayPal address please let me know when you pay. If an item is returned because you have not provided an up-to-date address I will be happy to bill you separately for shipping through PayPal and reship it immediately. Thank you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please double check the listing to ensure that the item you are buying meets your needs (check measurements, etc.) While I guarantee your satisfaction in your MamaBear purchase it costs us both time and shipping when items need to be returned.

MY GUARANTEE: If you have any questions or concerns or are unhappy with your product for any reason please let me know right away as I am happy to work with you to provide a great experience. I guarantee my sewing! Although all items are sewn individually and may have minor stitching flaws or variations I stand by the quality of my work. If your MamaBear Product fails to wash or wear well return it for an immediate repair or replacement.

If you are unhappy with your items for any reason you can return all UNUSED items for a full refund, less shipping. Because of the nature of these items I am not able to accept used items back. If you are new to cloth you might want to try one a time or two until you decide it's for you before using them all. Your satisfaction is important to me!
