Thanks for visiting Post Road Vintage!! Where I love to find vintage and antique items and pass them along to you! I love salvaging anything with a history and recycling it into something new! Check back often for new salvaged and handmade goodies.. my head is always spinning with what I can make next :)

Payment

I accept Paypal, money order, or check. To receive the fastest shipping use Paypal. You can also use a credit card to pay through Paypal. Please be aware that after you purchase an item through Etsy, you still need to click the "Pay with Paypal" button in order to complete the transaction. Payment is expected within three days or item will be re-listed. If you are paying with check or money order please notify me within this time frame also or I will re-list the item. Please allow up to 15 days for check to clear before item ships.

Shipping

Shipping via UPS or USPS. All shipping prices include insurance unless otherwise noted. My price doesn't include delivery confirmation. Let me know if you would like this for an additional charge.

A lot of my items are difficult to approximate shipping costs. If it is a significant difference (over $2) than the listed shipping price I will refund your PayPal account or by which ever method of payment you used for your purchase. I will always be honest and upfront with you the valued customer!!

If possible I use recycled packaging and boxes. If you would like your item shipped in a new box please contact me upon purchase. I will also gift wrap with a gift tag for free. Let me know if you'd like to take advantage of this offer!!

Unless noted my items are made already and will be shipped within two business days. Some are made to order and if that's the case I will give you a heads up and also a shipping confirmation.

I will combine shipping, when possible, to save on cost. I will simply refund you the difference.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
I WILL ship anything four pounds or under. Let me know your location and item of interest and I'll set up the listing to include your location.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand by everything I sell and my goal is to make every last customer happy! That is why I am proud to implement my 365 day return policy! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within one year of payment you may return for a full refund or exchange of equal value. I will only accept those items back that are in their original condition. Please give me three days to inspect for damage. Upon approval I will issue you your refund/exchange. Shipping on returns will always be on me:) I will refund you this amount also when inspection is passed.
