Welcome

For most items, color, size, and materials can all be tailored to your specifications (pending material availability). The complexity of the project will determine the length of completion time for custom work. I will provide you with a time estimate upon receiving your order. If at all possible, I will try to accommodate rush requests for orders.

Payment

I accept Pay Pal payments.

Shipping

I am happy to refund any money for shipping that does not cost the shipping charge I have put forth. Many of my items are sculptural and bulky in nature, so I estimated conservatively for the shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because my work is mostly custom made items, I generally cannot accept returns. However, specific requests for returns may be considered on a case by case basis with justifiable cause.

If an item doesn't fit, I will exchange for a different size, pending materials availability, or for a similar item.
