Payment

PayPal is the accepted payment method. All California residents will be charged 9.25% of the sale amount.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS flat rate box with tracking confirmation. If you would like your item shipped another way please send me a conversation and I would be happy to set up a reserved listing for you. Shipping charges are based on a standard three tier:
*Small-5.95 US/ 11.95 Canada
**Medium- 11.35 US/ 26.95 Canada
***Large- 14.95 US/ 33.95 Canada

****Shipping overage charges will be refunded****

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to make my customers happy with their purchase, so if you are not satisfied with your item please contact me with in 48 hours of receipt so we can work something out. All items for refund/exchange will be refunded/exchange less shipping charges. Items must be returned to seller in original condition, unused/unwashed, for the return/exchange to be honored. Must send notice within 10 days of shipping date for any items not received.
