Thank you taking the time to check out LMB Jewelry. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or suggestions.

Payment

I prefer Paypal, however for domestic purchases I will also accept personal checks. Please keep in mind that personal checks can sometimes result in a shipping delay as I must wait until they are cleared.

Payment must be made within THREE days of purchase. Please contact me if you require more time as under special circumstances I am willing to work with you.

I only accept payment through Paypal from International buyers.

Shipping

All items are shipped first class mail through the U.S. Postal Service. If you require insurance or priority shipping, please notify me before paying so I can send you a revised invoice.

Purchases are shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment. Custom orders may vary in shipping time. You will be notified if there is a delay and the duration.

Jewelry is packed in a bubble-lined mailer with additional bubble wrap.

Shipper is not responsible for items lost in the mail. This has never occured before but if you are concerned about it, please contact me about purchasing insurance, especially for more expensive items.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, within 10 days, if for some reason you are unsatisfied I will be happy to issue a refund for the amount of the item, less any shipping charges. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned and received by me in the same condition as was sent.
