Payment

Payment is appreciated within 3 days upon confirmation of order. If payment is not received within time a notification email will be sent to buyer; response not received within 24 hours of email cancellation of order will occur and the item will be made available for others to purchase.
I accept PayPal. Please be aware that if you are using
e-checks through PayPal your items will not ship until the e-check has cleared. If you are having problems with the PayPal process please contact me.
Shipping

Delivery will be arranged within 7 days after payment has been received.

First Class Mail (Domestic and International) in an effort to save you money. If you need something quickly, please convo me so that I can set up a special listing for you with either Priority or Express Mail.

INTERNATIONAL Buyers (buyers outside the US)
Shipping time vary greatly from country to country.
Customs duty/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
Please be prepared to pay your countries import tax on your purchase.

Please make sure your shipping address in PayPal is up to date. If your Etsy address does not match your PayPal address I will contact you via Etsy conversations and/or e-mail to confirm the ship to address. Items will not ship until verification is received.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should you have any issues with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item, through Etsy or email at knittergirl01 [!at] aim.com.
I do not have a blanket return policy, but I will do my best to make certain you are happy with your purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I request half of the payment before any custom order work is done. When item is finished the remainder of payment is due before shipping.

PROMO CODES AND DISCOUNT COUPONS:
Please include your promo code in the notes to the seller to receive the discount. *One Discount per purchase. You can either use PayPal right away and I will refund the difference back to your PayPal account, or you can wait and I will send you a revised invoice reflecting your discount. Please note, payment must be received within 48 hours from when the revised invoice was sent.

GIFTS:
If you are making a gift purchase I can ship directly to your receiptiant. Please contact me about this.
