Thank you for shopping at Hannah Bell. Quality is our top priority. All our items are handmade one at a time with special care.

Payment

I accept paypal, checks and money orders. Most items are custom made, I don't start on a project until I have received your payments.

Shipping

We list shipping at $2.00 (US and Canada) for the first item and .75 cents for any attentional item. If your order costs less in shipping I will refund the difference to your paypal account.

If you would like something shipped outside North America send me a convo and I will look up how much it will cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

We strive for the best in quality and costumer satisfaction.

I have very high quality standards. If you're not satisfied with the quality of you're purchase, you can send it back for either an exchange or a store credit. (shipping still applies)

When ordering shoes, make sure you give me the correct size. If you order a size and find that it doesn't fit your child, I will ONLY exchange the shoe if it doesn't measure the size that you ordered.
